Job Description This role assists clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. This is a customer-focused role that includes:
Providing telephonic and face-to-face service to customers.Adhering to service and quality standards.Following business, process and compliance rules.Maintaining a moderate to high level of technical knowledge.Being multi-skilled across products and processes relevant to the business area.Skills Education Closing Date 03 October 2024
