Internal Sales And Invoicing Clerk

Weekly reviewing of customer backorders vs outstanding PO reports.Analyzing and actioning the ageing reports.Generate commercial and tax invoices SADAC and/or MSDS documents need to be prepared where necessaryCustomer service with regards to but not limited to, outstanding orders, queries, pricing delivery, invoices, order confirmations.Monitoring of production of customers outstanding orders with the planning departmentEnsuring that invoice targets are met.Qualifications and Experience:Grade 12 /Diploma or Higher Cert in Sales Management or equivalent.1+ years of experience in sales department.Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Knowledge of Office administrationEnthusiasm and accuracy with figures and good communication/writing skillsStrong shipping knowledge (Incoterms)an advantage.
