The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive oils, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and distribution processes. The Oil Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive oils.Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and orderliness.Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, such as inventory turnover and fulfillment rates.Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operation of warehouse activities.QualificationsProven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.Valid driver's license and own transportation.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Shannon Thomson and Jamie-lee McCallum at RPO Recruitment or on LinkedIn.You can also visit the RPO Recruitment website: rporecruitment.us or email us your CV: ******.
