To manage own portfolio of early arrears defaults, escalating complex concerns to superiors. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required: Credit Risk – BCB Risk & Corporate Affairs 1-2 years Risk Management Experience: Proven experience in managing risk within a financial environment, with a strong background in credit assessment, particularly with distressed borrowers. Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, showcasing well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Administrative Skills: Solid administrative experience with proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office. An understanding of banking products and types of collateral is essential.
