KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Officer, HR Administration (French Speaking) The Kamoa Copper Mine is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%), and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It is a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, located approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometres west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi. You will have the following: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a similar qualification5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.You will have advanced skills and knowledge in: Payroll understandingKamoa processes, procedures, and standards for safety and qualityRelationship managementOffice administrationComputer literacy – MS Office, Excel, etc.Data management skillsReport writingKey Responsibilities: Follow up on medicals and onboarding documents for each expatAssist with travel visa administrationAssist with preparing contracts and offersProvide expats with feedback on the status of their employmentUpdate the trackerGenerate reportsManage self and show up as a good team playerThe finer details: When applying, please submit a PDF version of your CV together with certified copies (certification within a 3-month period) of your ID/passport, driver's license, and qualifications.
