Details of the offer

Key Performance Area: Cleaning of the premises Cleaning of the office Performing and executing of tasks requested by the Department Manager and Office Administrator. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning of the premises Cleaning of building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming where needed. Gather and emptying of trash. Clean and polish furniture fixtures Cleaning of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaning materials like sponges and/or squeegees Dusting of furniture, walls, machinery and equipment. Cleaning of toilets with toilet brush and chemicals. Scrubbing of stains, mold and mildew from surfaces Washing of dishes and placing of clean dishes in cupboards when done. Wiping down of appliances. Cleaning of stock received in the Warehouse. Ensuring that the outer premises is kept clean, free of any trash and swept on a regular basis. Stock Control: Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Stocking of bathrooms with supplies as required. Experience: and requirements: 1-2 years of corporate office cleaning experience. Must reside in the East Rand Area. Knowledge and skills: Good Communication Skills. Good Time Management Skills. Good listening skills. Good Interpersonal Skills. Attributes: Must be self-motivated. Must be detail oriented. Friendly. Ability to work under pressure. Must be Honest, Hardworking and humble.
