This position will require a dedicated and well-organised individual, the incumbent will be looking after the POP Finance team and the POP Data & Analytics team. Responsibilities include:
Diary management and meeting coordination, catering and meetings logistics.
Administration duties, including processing invoices, guiding Line Managers regarding onboarding/offboarding of employees, ensuring all staff complete compliance training, managing records, BCP updates, ordering laptops, managing collaboration and campaign awards, incentive card administration, and contract mandate approvals.
Spearheading Social Activities, including the Social committee, Volunteers, and Wellbeing initiatives.
