Office Receptionist - Sandton Head Office (NON Hotel Receptionist)
Head Office Hotel Group - Based in Bryanston.
Duties:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Answering or referring inquiries;
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks;
The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties;

System Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook;
Basic Computer Literacy;

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

Organization – whether greeting visitors or answering phones, receptionists must stay on top of their to-do lists;
Friendliness;
Active Listening;
Technology Adaptability;
Memory;
Communication;
Matric is a minimum requirement;
Valid RSA ID;
The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language, must maintain a good company image & have an outgoing personality. Previous experience in a professional environment will be beneficial;

Salary: R apply below - The package includes a Provident Fund. Medical Aid is available but will form part of the total salary package offered.
