We are looking for an OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER to contribute to the support function and ensure smooth operations while cultivating a positive work environment in South Africa, Midrand. This opportunity involves collaborating with a prominent stakeholder to enhance your skill set.
In this role, you will: Coordinate office activities and daily operations as well as manage reception area.Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.Order and maintain office supplies.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary for team members.Maintain office filing systems and databases.Process and track office expenses.Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.Assist colleagues whenever necessary.What we expect of you: Have 3-5 years' experience working as an office administrator within a structured corporate environment.Have the ability to prioritise and work with little supervision and be motivated to provide the best support to our team.Are detail-oriented and able to work independently.Are reliable and punctual.Have proven experience as an office administrator, or relevant role.Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Have excellent organisational skills.Are familiar with office management procedures.Are proficient in MS Office Suite.Hold a tertiary qualification in office administration or relevant field (Advantage).What we offer: 20 days Annual Leave + 6 days family responsibility.Teltonika cares about your emotional, physical and future financial well-being and offers a 50% contribution to medical aid (at a max amount of R3 000).Over and above, we will contribute 10% of your basic salary toward your provident fund.Disability Income benefit.Paid parental benefit (Maternity, Paternity & Commissioning leave), based on your tenure in the company.An additional paid day off on a birthday occasion after one year of employment.Benefits above are subject to an employee successfully completing the probation period, the below are applicable from day 1:
