We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Office Operations and Process Manager to oversee office systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration to achieve company objectives. Join our team at a leading company in the apparel industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 5 – 8 years of Office and/or Operations Management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry
Project and Operations management experience
Strong financial acumen
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software's specifically Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team
Problem-solving and decision-making
Adhere to strict confidentiality
Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve and develop office procedures
Oversee and manage daily operations for efficiency and productivity
Manage stock control for finished goods and raw materials
Oversee stock control and dispatch from the raw store to the factory
Ensure accurate balance of goods post-manufacturing, verifying correct materials usage and received quantities
Assist with budgeting and forecasting, sales tracking, and performance reporting
Analyse and report on company financial data (e.g., GP, cash flow, debtors, creditors)
Support and guide the senior management team
Monitor financial performance and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Assist teams with project implementation (e.g., new software and systems)
Foster a positive work environment whilst enforcing company systems and policies
