If you're ready to bring your expertise in office management and bookkeeping to a dynamic and collaborative work environment, we want to hear from you!Duties & ResponsibilitiesMatric.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.Accounting system experience.Minimum Requirements:Matric.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.Accounting system experience.Responsibilities:Bookkeeping on XeroDebtors – Quotes, invoicing (including project reminders), payment remindersCreditors – Purchase orders (support Purchasing dept), manage credit limits, account credit applications, capture supplier invoices, recon supplier accounts, process employer refunds, payments on Standard Bank Business Online, send proof of paymentsCredit/Garage cards – capture and reconcile transactions, management of limits and cancellationsBank recons.E-filing – VAT201Financial ReportingManagement reports – GL recons, Management Financial Statement & Cash FlowProject reportingAnnual budget preparationCollaborating with independent auditors to compile the annual financial statementsHuman ResourcesMaintaining staff files and contractsPayroll processing on SimplePayE-filing submission – EMP201Leave managementManage complex remuneration packagesTeambuildingComplianceLiase with Auditors - BEE, Annual return (AFS), COID, EMP501, TCCAssist with Health & Safety – purchases, employee medicals, COC'sAssist iComply - POPI, SDLEnsure smooth running of the OfficeAnswer the phone - send telephonic leads to Marketing ManagerManage CleanerManage facility-related SLA's (telephones, printers, IT subscriptions)Basic IT support/ liaise with IT consultantVehicle licence renewalsInsuranceTravel arrangements for Directors and Project teamsExecutive support to the Managing and Technical DirectorPackage & RemunerationR 20 000 - R 25 000 - Monthly
