Office ManagerCurrently seeking an Office Manager for a leading organization in Tokai. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with various departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all administrative and clerical activities in the office.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.Handle communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Coordinate meetings and schedules for executives and department heads.Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Manage office space and layout, ensuring a clean and organized working environment.Desired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Package & RemunerationNegotiableInterested?Please apply via PNET.
