Job ResponsibilitiesDebtors function for the branch (sending statements, credit applications, follow-up on payments, payment allocation, trade references, etc.)Petty Cash ManagementCapturing of Credit Card receipts and reconciliation thereofCredit Cards for staff – making sure all slips reconcile to the statement.Assisting with leave and payroll administrationSupport with quality management – ISO document registers, administration and audit supportAssist with customer project billing and administration thereofGeneral office responsibility as required by management, as well as office functionsCourier bookingsPreparing reports for managementPA Support to Director and ManagementDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 12, preferably with a relevant tertiary qualificationFluency in Afrikaans and English3-5 years' experience in office administrationComputer Literate – MS Office Advanced SkillsGood communication skills, organized, team playerDriver's license and own vehicleInterested?Suitable individuals are encouraged to reply to this ad or send their updated CV to warren(at)kwena(dot)net for immediate consideration.
