RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in office management within a warehouseExperience with distribution and Internal Sales functions within an organisationValid drivers license and own vehicleMatric CertificateDuties: Provide exceptional customer care and address queries related to stockProcess orders, check inventory and manage invoicingLiaise with the Debtors department regarding overdue accounts and logistics for bulk order fulfillmentCompile daily cash-ups, including drivers' schedules and receipts and submit monthly credit card receiptsHandle petty cash requests and maintain monthly reconciliationsCommunicate with sales reps regarding order and stock issues, and check back orders for out-of-stock productsAuthorize and submit invoices regularly; deposit cash-ups at the bankOversee daily operations, including receiving, storage and distribution functionsTrain and manage warehouse teams to improve efficiency and solve operational issuesImplement policies, conduct quarterly stock takes and investigate stock discrepanciesAssist walk-in clients and manage office supplies and maintenance issuesEnsure security of the branch and oversee cleaning staff and their schedules
