Office Manager PositionReference: PC001581-RC-2Our client based in Gardens is looking for an Office Manager with 5 years experience to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: OfficeBASIC SALARY: R25 000 – R30 000START DATE: A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:5 years office management experienceFinance or Business Management qualificationWeConnectU experience (non-negotiable)MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiencyProperty/ Real Estate industry experienceDUTIES:Financial:Journals up to trial balanceReconciliation of debtor and creditor accountsLiaise with clients to ensure payments are made accurately and on timePrepare reports on account statusBalance sheetsAllocate payments to relevant accountsHR:Resolve HR related queries from staffEnsure HR policies and procedures are adhered toEnsure employee contracts are in place and kept up to dateEnsure employee files are kept up to dateTime and attendanceAssist in the recruitment of new staffOffice Administration:Order stationary and other office suppliesMaintaining office equipmentAttend meetings with Directors when requiredProvide training and development to staff when neededBuild relationships with clients and be the face of the companyHOURS:Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 17:00Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
