TalentSync is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. As an Office Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support to various departments within our company. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support the overall efficiency of our team.ResponsibilitiesPerform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopyingAssist in organizing and maintaining company records and documentsPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents as neededAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiriesCoordinate and schedule appointments and meetingsManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processingSupport the preparation and distribution of company communicationsAssist with special projects and tasks as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in an office clerk or administrative role is preferredProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in completing tasksAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
