Ensure that the offices are fully compliant with the hygiene and occupational health and safety standards through the provision of effective cleaning services. Responsibilities include:Sweeping and mopping of floors and public spaces in the allocated areas.Maintaining public conveniences (bathrooms) in hygienic and sanitized conditions at all times.Dusting, polishing, and ensuring all furniture and woodwork surfaces are free from stains.Emptying trash receptacles and replenishing lavatory supplies at scheduled intervals.Keeping the kitchen clean and neat, ensuring all appliances are free of residue.Providing hospitality services for all meetings as directed and ensuring all visitors are provided with refreshments.Ensuring the kitchen is free from insects and pests; in consultation with the SHE unit, arranging for fumigation of kitchen and offices frequently.Fulfilling the refreshment requirements of the assigned department.Ensuring a clean environment for meetings, public areas, and offices as instructed.Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Willingness to be rotated within the facility and to work over weekends when necessary.
