Job DescriptionZiyo is a specialist consulting and accounting practice based in Plumstead, Cape Town. We have been working with non-profit organisations for more than 28 years.Required QualificationsMatric and/or diploma NQ level 5 or higher.A drivers' licence and regular access to a car (kilometre reimbursements are paid).Excellent communication skills in English with at least one other South African language being an advantage.Excellent telephone manner.Good computer skills including MS Office suite and other online applications.Interest in, and flair for, social media and the creation of publicity materials.Systematic and thorough approach to tasks.Interest in the non-profit sector and the operations of a small business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMain tasks include:Reception and telephone duties.Oversee the day-to-day running of a small office.General and financial administration.Event organisation.Maintenance of social media platforms, website, and print materials.Desired Experience & QualificationsThe position will suit a person who is:Vibrant, capable of multi-tasking and being organised.Eager to gain the experience of working in a small business environment.Package & RemunerationSalary: Approximately R11 000 – R13 000 depending on experience.Please include the following in your application:The potential date when you would be able to start working.A brief outline of why you think you would be suitable for this position.
