Requirements:Matric is essentialTertiary qualification will be beneficialPrevious experience in office administration or a similar role preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in typing and record-keepingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adaptProficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software (Teams)Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, sorting client files, and maintaining up-to-date recordsTyping minutes and notes as required during meetings and project discussionsCoordinate services as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the firmAssist with tender documentation and administration processesLiaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding project details and information requirementsAttend site visits and technical meetings as necessaryCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in written reports, on dedicated projectsComplete and submit Local Authority Submissions for approval of building plansAct as a problem solver, contributing positively to team collaboration and problem-solving effortsServe as the secretary and Personal Assistant for the director of the firm
