Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to office staff.Maintain and update job and costing spreadsheets.Manage HR-related tasks.Handle supplier processes and reconciliations.Compile and manage health and safety files.Oversee procurement activities.Address general office inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.Requirements:Proficiency in computer applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge (experience with Sage is advantageous).Fully bilingual.Strong organizational skills.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Self-disciplined, punctual, meticulous, and motivated.Reliable transportation.Prior experience as an Office Administrator is essential.Ideal Candidate:Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Honest, trustworthy, and goal-driven.Presentable, articulate, and friendly.Neat and organized, with strong teamwork skills.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00Friday: 07:30 to 15:00
