Job Title: Office AdministratorReference: TS000004-JL-6A well-established engineering company specialising in Earthing and Lighting Protection equipment, based in Johannesburg North, requires the above to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum requirements for the role:Minimum Matric plus a relevant qualification.Minimum 3 Years' experience in a similar role.Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Accpac experience would be an advantage.Excellent attention to detail is essential.Have strong administrative and organisational skills.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have time management skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Handling all office administration functions within the company.Liaising with suppliers and clients.Ordering of raw materials.Processing orders, quotes etc and working closely with Sales and Production teams.Preparing, organising and effectively storing all company information.Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.Scheduling meetings and booking rooms.Typing up letters and reports.Maintaining office systems.Carrying out duties over the above mentioned at the request from management when assigned to.Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on level of experience.Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.E-mail CVs to: ******
