Our client who is at the forefront of IT services is seeking a skilled Office Administrator & Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in George, Western Cape . You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You will provide administrative support to their team, manage schedules, handle communications, and contribute to various projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help them maintain a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily office activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion. Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and files. Meeting Support: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed. Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as directed by management. Requirements: Education: High school diploma (matric) or equivalent. Experience: 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an IT services or technology environment. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
