Responsibilities:
Office Administration:

Co-ordinate and manage office
Client parking
Client meeting venue preparation
Scheduling monthly client meetings
Client gifts
Office equipment and stationary
Answering office phone
Arrange couriers
General administration duties including scanning, printing and/or filing as required by the office
Travel itinerary – booking flights and accommodation
Diary management

Client administration:

Pre-populate client agreements, account opening documentation and redemption forms.
Ad hoc client requests and enquiries
Client visa & passport applications
Collection of client documentation
Assisting High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests

Requirements:

Matric Certificate with Tertiary Education as an advantage
Strong command of both verbal and written English
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
At least 5 years working experience in a professional environment
Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel
The ability to work under pressure
Valid driver's licence
Previous experience as a personal assistant of financial administrator as an advantage
