Occupational Hygiene Practitioner - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Occupational Hygiene Practitioner to join their leading mining company in the Northern Cape.
This role will involve ensuring a safe working environment by identifying and managing occupational health risks, as well as implementing effective control measures.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational hygiene assessments and sampling to identify workplace hazards.
Develop and implement appropriate occupational health programs and risk assessment strategies.
Monitor compliance with regulatory and corporate health and safety standards.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Provide training and guidance on occupational health and hygiene best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and health within the organization.
Requirements Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health Intermediate Certificate: Mine Environmental Control Registered with the South African Institute of Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH).
5 years' experience as an Occupational Hygiene Practitioner in the mining industry.
