Manage and process reservations with precision and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with guests, providing outstanding service both verbally and in writing.
Utilize excellent command of the English language to assist guests and resolve inquiries.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with a diverse clientele.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless reservation experience.
Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.
Qualifications
Hospitality qualification is ideal
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar appointment with specific reservations experience in lodges
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent financial awareness
