Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Night Shift Supervisor.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure Fisherman's Deli is properly cared forManage to treat all staff and customers with respectAll managers to ensure that the freezer map corresponds to the physical stockMake sure that the freezer and chiller doors are kept always closedPrint open purchase orders reportMust know how to do pallet receiving scheduleNo stock to be received without an invoiceAll IBT'S and fresh fish must be checked and signed by two managersAll non-stock that is received i.e. oysters, mussels, clams and exotic cheese must be labelled with the name of the customer as well as the salesperson who ordered itWhen receiving cheese ensure that the products have at least 3 weeks shelf lifeAirport collection procedures must be always adhered toReconcile all receipts against the summary reportSign off GRN summary if correctSend email to Operations Managers and Buyer if any supplies have not been received with reasons and corrective actions.RequirementsSKILLS:Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluentlyMinimum of 5 years' experience working in a night shift supervisor position.Must reside in Randburg area or within a 25km radiusComputer Literate and use own initiativeMust be willing to work independently and be punctualBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:Well-groomed and presentableSelf-Motivated, organised, and responsible (stable work history)Must be able to work independently and be punctualGood organisational and administration skillsSend your CV and latest pay slip to ****** Recruitment and Tempswww.aaaa.co.zaPosted 2024-01-23
