Co-ordinate resources efficiently to enhance safe patient care
REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION : B degree or diploma in nursing
DESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant Management and leadership qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 yrs clinical experience as a Professional Nurse
DESIRED EXPERIENCE 2 to 3 yrs management experience at the unit level (SPN/UM)
