New Vehicle Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales department.
The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a proven track record in vehicle sales, and the ability to drive the team to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the sales and marketing operations of the new or pre-owned vehicle department.Set and achieve monthly sales targets for the team.Motivate, train, and manage the performance of the sales staff.Evaluate trade-ins, determine vehicle pricing, and manage stock effectively.Liaise with head office regarding sales performance and marketing strategies.Oversee advertising efforts to promote vehicle inventory.Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager, handling both new and pre-owned vehicles.Proven experience in achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability within the department.Previous experience working in a corporate-branded dealership.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.Valid South African driver's license with a clear criminal record.Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary education is advantageous.Must have experience with Audi and Volkswagen brands.Benefits: Basic salary plus commission.Additional company benefits.This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic sales team and contribute to the success of a leading dealership.
