About the Role:
Our leading client is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.
As a Sales Executive you will act as a brand ambassador optimising sales opportunities with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Maximization: Utilize all prospect leads including internal and pipeline leads to optimize new and repeat business opportunities.
Target Achievement: Meet sales targets for units and gross profit objectives.
Sales Process Management: Efficiently manage sales processes across all systems including NRSM Focus Pro and Emaster.
Customer Communication: Maintain professional and efficient communication with customers.
Database Management: Ensure customer details are accurate and uptodate. Vehicle Presentation & Display: Effectively present and display vehicles ensure professional handovers and conduct aftersales followups.
Deal File Management: Efficiently manage all deal files and related documentation.
Promotion of Dealer Products & Services: Promote and upsell optional extras parts accessories and additional dealer services.
Training Attendance: Attend all relevant training courses.
Compliance: Adhere to all brand and dealership operating rules regulations and communications.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
2 to 5 years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry
Experience in a Premium brand is highly advantageous
Valid Driver s Licence
Residence in Stellenbosch or surrounding areas
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
