About the Role: Our leading client is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.
As a Sales Executive you will act as a brand ambassador optimising sales opportunities with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Maximization : Utilize all prospect leads including internal and pipeline leads to optimize new and repeat business opportunities.
Target Achievement : Meet sales targets for units and gross profit objectives.
Sales Process Management : Efficiently manage sales processes across all systems including NRSM Focus Pro and Emaster.
Customer Communication : Maintain professional and efficient communication with customers.
Database Management : Ensure customer details are accurate and uptodate.
Vehicle Presentation & Display : Effectively present and display vehicles ensure professional handovers and conduct aftersales followups.
Deal File Management : Efficiently manage all deal files and related documentation.
Promotion of Dealer Products & Services : Promote and upsell optional extras parts accessories and additional dealer services.
Training Attendance : Attend all relevant training courses.
Compliance : Adhere to all brand and dealership operating rules regulations and communications.
