New Product Development - Packaging Manufacturing

RPO Recruitment is excited to be seeking a creative and experienced New Product Development professional to join our client's team in the Packaging Manufacturing industry. As a New Product Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative packaging solutions for our clients.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end product development process for packaging solutions, from concept ideation to commercializationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure successful product launchesConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new packaging trends and opportunitiesDevelop product concepts and prototypes that meet customer requirements and market demandsCreate and maintain detailed product specifications and documentationTest and evaluate packaging materials and components to ensure quality, durability, and functionalityManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and deadlinesStay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in packagingCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate packaging materialsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in new product development in the Packaging Manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standardsExperience in conducting market research and trend analysisProficiency in CAD software for packaging designExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsCreative thinking and a passion for innovationBenefits:Salary: negotiableContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
