New Car Sales Executive/Cadet

Our client, an internationally recognized motor group, is seeking a New Car Sales Executive to represent their brand, known for its sleek, modern design that appeals to both urban and family markets. The team at this dealership is searching for a young, ambitious individual ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm. They are open to considering either an experienced candidate with new car sales experience or a dynamic newcomer with a strong face-to-face sales background and a keen interest in the motor industry. This team isn't looking for someone average—they need someone who is truly passionate, hardworking, and eager to sell; they are not just looking to fill a chair.

Job Requirements


Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Some New Car Sales experience in a franchised Motor Dealership or 2 years of face-to-face sales experience
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Well groomed and presented
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
Ability to generate own leads (Ability to leverage multiple social networks)
Ambitious and career driven
A proven track record
A stable work history
