REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Detailed credit risk, legal risk and operational risk understanding Knowledge of unsecured and secured lending products and the industry (including competing products, discount and pricing structures) Experienced understanding of business financial statements Minimum 3 years proven track record in achieving sales targets at a head-office level Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
