Minimum Requirements:Matric with exemption.FAIS compliant.Key Individual certification.ACII qualification.Minimum 10 years of commercial underwriting experience.Strong leadership skills.Strategic thinking.Effective communication skills.Ability to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Duties and responsibilities:Underwrite complex risks and assist colleagues with risk mitigation recommendations.Handle endorsements, renewals, new business, and cancellations for an extensive network of brokers.Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing pressure.General understanding of reinsurance, enhancing industry comprehension.
