Join to apply for the National Sales Manager role at Total Recruitment Solutions The National Sales Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets; Oversee regional sales and National key accounts; Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned key customer accounts; Identify sales opportunities and needs of key customers; Negotiate and implement key customer strategies; Monitor and analyse sales performance and forecasts, monthly, quarterly and annually; Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities; Proactively identify changes in market trends and update sales team accordingly; Liaise and work closely with the Marketing team to maximise opportunities and ensure effective product development and brand consistency.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a National sales manager; Significant experience in managing a high performance sales team; Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP (would be an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite; An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics; Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills; Strong communication and team management skills; Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude; Availability to travel locally and abroad as needed; BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field; Experience: Management: 10 years (Required); Sales: 10 years (Required).
