ResponsibilitiesThe National Sales Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Oversee regional sales and National key accounts.Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned key customer accounts.Identify sales opportunities and needs of key customers.Negotiate and implement key customer strategies.Monitor and analyze sales performance and forecasts, monthly, quarterly, and annually.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Proactively identify changes in market trends and update sales team accordingly.Liaise and work closely with the Marketing team to maximize opportunities and ensure effective product development and brand consistency.RequirementsProven work experience as a National Sales Manager.
Significant experience in managing a high-performance sales team.Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP (would be an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite.An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Strong communication and team management skills.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.Availability to travel locally and abroad as needed.BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.ExperienceManagement: 10 years (Required)
