Join to apply for the National Sales Manager role at Total Recruitment SolutionsThe National Sales Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets;Oversee regional sales and National key accounts;Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned key customer accounts;Identify sales opportunities and needs of key customers;Negotiate and implement key customer strategies;Monitor and analyse sales performance and forecasts, monthly, quarterly and annually;Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;Proactively identify changes in market trends and update sales team accordingly;Liaise and work closely with the Marketing team to maximise opportunities and ensure effective product development and brand consistency.Requirements:Proven work experience as a National sales manager;Significant experience in managing a high performance sales team;Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP (would be an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite;An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics;Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;Strong communication and team management skills;Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;Availability to travel locally and abroad as needed;BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field;Experience: Management: 10 years (Required); Sales: 10 years (Required).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesManufacturing
