Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth objectives, enhancing lead generation, and driving student enrollments across multiple campuses. The role will require a combination of strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and an ability to create and manage national sales campaigns that increase revenue and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the national sales strategy to drive student enrollment growth and market expansion. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of regional sales officers to meet sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Create and implement effective lead generation campaigns. Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and overall business objectives. Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of an Honours degree. At least 4 years working experience as a National Sales Manager.
