Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate would be responsible for:Growing the sales team output nationally.Achieving sales growth through our local Dealer network by adding new dealers and growing sales to existing dealers.Motivating and advising the sales team on performance improvement as well as hiring and training new sales reps.Effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Implementing cost-effective CRM management.Marketing – deciding on monthly specials with Exco and utilizing various marketing opportunities including social media, mailers, website, SEO, trade shows, and open houses.Strategically fostering customer engagement and development.Maintaining an understanding of customer needs.Developing relationships with new customers and dealers.Rekindling relationships with old customers.Improving systems for resolving customer complaints related to sales and service.Ensuring Sales Admin provides all necessary KPI data in a timely fashion, including daily sales reports and monthly management accounts.Assessing staff levels and roles in the sales department to ensure appropriate headcount for sales targets.Strategically assessing new areas of business to grow turnover and profitability.Monitoring competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.Developing relationships with finance companies for turnkey solutions for machine purchases.Setting the tone in the sales team regarding culture and values.Looking after key accounts nationally.Developing direct corporate business (end user) with large corporates or parastatals.Main focus will be to grow deals from the sales team and dealers, while also concluding some of your own deals.RequirementsMatric3 - 5 years sales management experienceStrong previous field sales experienceExperience in office automation, digital, and IT is advantageousStrong MS Office skillsExcellent presentation skills
