LOCATION:JohannesburgOVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:To ensure that company has an effective sales strategy which includes Capsicum Culinary Studio and IIE_HSM KEY RESULT AREAS:Develop the Sales Strategy & Schools Marketing Strategy for Capsicum Culinary Studio & IIE_HSMManage the sales of the company to exceed financial targetsSupply of product information and training to all sales peopleReporting and analysis of sales and enquiries on a weekly and monthly basisDevelop and implement appropriate policies, procedures and systems in the department to ensure best practice processes to ensure the effective functioning of the department and to reduce the risk of business loss.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Relevant tertiary qualificationSKILLS REQUIREMENTSExcellent sales and negotiation skillsGood business acumenThe ability to motivate and lead a teamCoaching and mentoring skillsInitiative and enthusiasmExcellent communication and 'people skills'Good listening skillsGood planning and organisational skillsSelf-confident & self-motivatingPersuasivenessThe ability to work under pressureExcellent computer skills (MS Office)Good understanding of budgeting and forecastingEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:At least 3 years experience in a senior role in Sales Management
