National Sales Manager – IsandoMy client is seeking to employ a National Sales Manager to join their company based in Isando.Duties IncludeThe National Sales Manager is a key role which is responsible to recruit, retain, motivate and lead an effective Sales team to meet the annual sales budget, and customer satisfaction levels as determined by the organisation.Grow the company's footprint and market share within South Africa, as well as Sub-Sahara AfricaAssist management in developing growth strategy, to include customer targeting strategiesDevelop growth and retention strategies for targeted industries, customers and productsUnderstand targeted industries, as well as customers' buying processes, operating environment and material handling needsStrategic customer relationship management within targeted customer baseSales Organisation supportConduct Performance discussions with sales staff, explaining critical performance areas (KPA's) and performance indicators (KPI's) as well as behavioural competency requirementNew equipment performance attainmentDevelop and maintain company CRM systemMinimum RequirementsTertiary Education in Sales and MarketingSales and marketing experience (forklift – 10 years)People Management Experience (5 years)Technical appreciation and understanding (forklift - 5 years)Dealings with customer interactions on a regular basis (5 years)Desired SkillsCustomer ServiceForklift OperationManagementSales
