We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Coordinator to join our team in Stikland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in liaising with customers at Head Office level and coordinating national sales activities to drive growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
QualificationsProven experience in a senior sales coordination role, preferably within the hardware or adhesive industry.Must have own reliable transport.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.ExperienceAct as the primary point of contact for customers at Head Office level, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.Oversee and manage national sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.Utilize personal transport to attend meetings, site visits, and other sales-related activities as required.Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support overall business goals and improve customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.SkillsProven experience in a senior sales coordination role, preferably within the hardware or adhesive industry.Must have own reliable transport.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
