Responsibilities:Management of QA schemes and national accreditationDrive cost effectivenessRegular management of the execution of lab technical auditsAssist with SANAS accreditationAssist with quality auditsManagement of health technology assessment unitDevelopment of proficiency testing schemesApproval of products and services Must have:MatricClear criminal record5 years' experience as a Manager8 years' of lab accreditation and quality management experienceSANAS Audit training certificate - advantage Must have HPCSA registration as Medical Technologist / Scientist / PathologyNQF 8 - Health Science or similar Must have knowledge of: relevant legislation, QA principles, pathology disciplines, ISO standardsAdvanced knowledge of statistics - PlusLeadership skillsExcellent English communication Interpersonal skillsComputer literate Analytical Familiar with Q Pulse quality system database Great track record - reference checks will be conducted upfront
