What You'll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor district and area managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency and quality across all stores, maintaining Starbucks' high standards.
Strategic Planning: Drive business performance by implementing innovative strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve targets.
Customer Focus: Champion exceptional customer service and enhance the Starbucks experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
Management: 5+ years of regional store management experience and/or 2+ years of area manager experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team development.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed business decisions.
Adaptability: Comfortable with change and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for Coffee: A genuine love for coffee and the Starbucks brand!
