Employer Description Manufacturing Company Job Description Manufacturing company is seeking a self starter who is bilingual in both English and Afrikaans. You must have worked on full function creditors and done wages. You will also be required to assist with other office administration duties. You will be responsible for preparing wages for hourly paid workers, prepares garnishes and does payments and process in banks to metal industries and other industries, receiving of authorized documentation, processing of invoices and credit notes, consolidate payments, reconcile invoices to statements, follow up and solve supplier queries, set up accrual list, clearing of GRN suspense account and ensure the Creditors Ledger and Age Analysis balance every month.
