Job DescriptionLeading Property and Facilities Management company is seeking a well qualified Financial Manager who has managed a large team of +- 15 people.
You must have worked on MDA/MRI.
Responsibilities Full function hands on accounting.Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to execute on the Shareholders ObjectivesManage a diverse financial team Implement financial plans to drive growth and maintain financial healthEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsEnforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethicsAdvise on business planning and decision makingManage risks to achievement of company objectivesOversee the maintenance of financial records and submission of statutory returnsMaintain an up to date knowledge of applicable legislation and accounting requirements that impact company businessEnsure that financial systems, records and internal controls are in place to produce accurate and reliable financial reportsAssist with the preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reportsQualificationsBCom Accounting + ArticlesSkillsMinimum of 5 years Property experience and managed a team of +15 peopleMDA or MRI system essentialWorking knowledge of IFRS and CasewareSound understanding of the Acts and Regulations governing the company businessExcellent oral and written communications abilities
