Join Our Client & Shape the Future of Community Safety in South Africa.Are you passionate about creating safer communities?Do you have expertise in policing, community safety, and security management?Our client, the voice of local government in South Africa, seeks an experienced advisor to support and advise local government on community safety, policing, and enforcement policy matters.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice to local government on community safety, policing, and enforcement.Manage the body's policy and program interventions in community safety at a national level.Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform policy decisions.Build capacity and provide support to municipalities.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including national and provincial government.RequirementsDegree in Policing, Community Safety, Security Management, or related field (post-graduate qualification advantageous).5+ years' experience, with at least 3 years at an equivalent level in a medium to large organization.Valid driver's license and own vehicle.Knowledge of government policies, legislation, and policy research.What We Offer12-month fixed-term contract.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community safety in South Africa.Collaborative and dynamic work environment at the entity's national office in Pretoria.Apply NowIf you're a seasoned professional with a passion for community safety, we want to hear from you!
