Are you an energetic and tenacious professional with a knack for thriving in high-pressure environments? We are seeking a dedicated Aftersales Manager to join our client's multifranchise dealership team. This role offers the opportunity to manage the parts and workshop operations for three established automotive brands, with the potential for additional brands in the future. You will oversee and manage aftersales operations, including parts and workshop services, collaborate effectively with multiple Dealer Principals to ensure smooth operations across all franchises, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, lead and motivate the aftersales team, and monitor and analyse aftersales performance.
Job Requirements Matric CertificateA valid Drivers License3 years of recent experience in an aftersales management role within a franchised dealership environment.Proficiency with Keyloop or CDK Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is essential.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a multifranchise setup.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.A proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.You will need the following documents to apply: A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for LeavingQualification Certificates (Matric Minimum)A copy of valid Drivers LicenseA recent photograph of yourself3 months of payslipsNames and contact numbers for at least 2 ReferencesAstor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment
