We are an exciting and expanding Property Company that manages, develops and retains a portfolio of residential properties in East and South London.
Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trades Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in all aspects of maintenance work and construction. You will need own transport and tools, and a fuel allowance will be agreed.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance services - basic knowledge of plumbing and electric works a bonus- Provide timely and insightful reports on job status- Great communication.
Skills:The successful candidate should possess the following skills:- Experience in maintenance work a bonus- Good communication skills- Strong organisational skills- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Benefits:Casual dress
Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availability
Experience:Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:25% (preferred)
