R18 000.00 - R22 000.00 Monthly (Market related)We are seeking a Machine Tool Setter for a permanent role, based in East London, Eastern Cape.Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with Machine Tool Setter or Fitting & Turning Trade Test qualification essentialKnowledge of IATF quality systems related to machine shop3-5 years production/technical experience in a manufacturing environment / production facility in a Machine Shop DepartmentAbility to set/maintain all machines within the Machine Shop including writing programs for the CNC MachinesThe successful applicants would be responsible for, but not limited to:Program CNC machine Centers & LathesLoad programmes and set machinesRead micrometers & verniersMeasure accurately with precision measuring instrumentsInterpret Engineering drawingsCreate and read programsWork independently, unsupervisedFile programs and new programs in a user-friendly formatReduce cycle times per operationOperate CNC machineClock jigs, vices & tools on CNC machine work areaSort, set tools & holdersRe-sharpen all kinds of cutting tool (drills, form etc)Perform necessary maintenance on equipmentSalary: R18 000.00 - R22 000.00 per monthPlease email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements to ****** with "Machine Tool Setter" in the subject line.If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
